Personal Behavior (Code of Conduct):

The MESA annual meeting is a harassment-free event for everyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, or religion. Any attendee who displays inappropriate behavior or creates a disturbance or safety hazard will be subject to having their registration revoked. If you are being harassed or notice an act of harassment, immediately contact an ombudsperson ( or use the form below.

If you are a victim of harassment or you witness harassment, you can use the form below to report the incident.

Reporting an incident does not mean that you are required to act any further or that you will be forced to pursue someone else’s vision of justice. That is your choice and you get to decide what you want to do. The mere act of reporting can sometimes be empowering. The goal of the ASH Committee is to support victims and survivors in whatever way is useful and meaningful to them.
