Meeting Space Request

Organizations that would like to hold a meeting in conjunction with MESA should complete this form. Room assignments are based on availability on a first come, first served basis.

Scheduling preferences are given to MESA’s official affiliated organizations, and then to MESA’s institutional members. Other groups are welcome to hold meetings if space is available. MESA charges $300 as a cost-share of the meeting space and planning. MESA will list the meeting/function in the annual meeting program and on MESA’s website. That fee is waived for institutional members and for new (or those in the planning stages) affiliates arranging first-time meetings at MESA.

The MESA Program begins Thursday afternoon, November 22. The first panel time slot is from 3:30-5:30 PM followed by another from 6:00-8:00 PM. We cannot schedule conflicting meetings and events during these times, or during any other session time on the following days.

We will work with you in scheduling your meetings and/or receptions. Please note the optimal times:

• Saturday, November 21: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Saturday, November 21: 8:30 PM-11:00 PM
• Monday, November 23: 6:30--11:00 PM
