DEADLINES: Requests must be submitted by August 1, 2025 if you are on a session and by October 24, 2025, for other attendees. MESA cannot provide refunds for any reason after these dates.

• If you paid by credit card then the refund will be credited to your account.
• If you paid using the PayPal portal, a refund will be made via PayPal. Please provide the email address.
• For checks (in US$), please provide the name and address.

Membership dues are NOT refundable.
