Middle Eastern History


Dr. Ido Zelkovitz is Erasmus Mundus Post-doctorate fellow in The Center of Methods in Social Sciences and The Institute of Sociology at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany. Dr. Ido Zelkovitz is teaching in the department of Middle Eastern History and he is also a research fellow at the Ezri research center for Iran and the Persian Gulf Studies, both of them at the University of Haifa, Israel. Dr. Zelkovitz main fields of expertise include Palestinian Social History, Palestinian Politics and Culture, The Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Students’ Politics in the Middle East, and Higher Education and the Building of National Identities in the Middle East.
