Kherigi, Intissar

CERI

Intissar Kherigi is a PhD student at the University of Sciences Po Paris (CERI) specializing in the construction of decentralization reforms in Tunisia post-2011. Her work applies public policy frameworks to analyze the shifting institutional structures of policy-making and decision-making in Tunisia since 2011 and the multiplication of actors involved in the policy process and interactions between them (political parties, bureaucracy, civil society, international organizations). She is also interested in the link between territory, politics and identity and part of her work focuses on analyzing how territorial boundary reforms are shaped and how they in turn shape local governance processes and political action.
