Instructors of Arabic (Modern Standard, Levantine and Egyptian) and Persian/Farsi

Concordia Language Villages Language Training Center invites applications for Instructors of Arabic (Modern Standard, Levantine and/or Egyptian dialects) and/or Persian/Farsi for a series of intensive isolated immersion courses taking place over the course of the 2019-20 academic year.

Concordia Language Villages is a program of Concordia College that offers intensive residential language and cultural immersion experiences in 15 languages for learners of all ages and backgrounds. Established in 1961, Concordia Language Villages is internationally recognized for its unique approach to immersion in a setting that accelerates language learning in a highly supportive and motivating environment. 2019-20 Program dates are as follows:

21 October to 7 November, 2019 ( MSA )
12 January to 25 January, 2020 (Egyptian)
27 January to 13 February, 2020 ( MSA )
18 February to March, 2020 (Levantine)
8 March to March, 2020 (Levantine)

October 12 - November 12, 2019 (Persian/Farsi)
January 27 - February 9, 2020 (Persian/Farsi)
March 28 - April 10, 2020 (Persian/Farsi)
April 13 - April 30, 2020 (Persian/Farsi)

You will be prompted to enter the email addresses of at least two people able to speak to your ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Compensation is commensurate with experience, starting at $1,000/week plus room and board as well as airline travel or reimbursement of mileage expenses to and from the training site in Bemidji, Minnesota.
