MESA 2017 Registration

You still can register for the 2017 meeting in Washington, DC, but you will need to do so on-site. Pre-registration is closed.

Registration, located on the lobby level of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, will be open during the following hours:

Saturday, November 18 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 19 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday, November 20 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 21 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

If you would like, you can print a registration form and bring it with you.

Does MESA Offer One Day or One Panel Passes?

Sorry, no. This is a meeting of, for, and most importantly paid for by MESA members. Please note that badges will be checked throughout the convention area.

Press

MESA offers a limited number of complimentary press passes to legitimate members of the press. Press members must register by November 13. To register, see the Media Guidelines.

Refunds

The deadline for requesting a refund of the registration fee has passed.
