MESA 2018 Registration

Registration is required of all persons attending the MESA annual meeting. Only the Book Bazaar is open to non-registrants, but everything else requires a badge.


For attendees, the pre-registration deadline is October 24, 2018. After that date, on-site registration is required.

For program participants, the pre-registration deadline is May 15, 2018. After that date, non-registered participants will be dropped off of the program.

Before you pre-register for the meeting, please be sure to read MESA's policy about registration fee refunds below.

How Do I Register?

Registration will be open during the following hours (tentative schedule):

Thursday, November 15 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday, November 16 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 17 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 18 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Does MESA Offer One Day or One Panel Passes?

Sorry, no. This is a meeting of, for, and most importantly paid for by MESA members. Please note that badges will be checked throughout the convention area.


MESA offers a limited number of complimentary press passes to legitimate members of the press. Press members must register by November 9. To register, see the Media Guidelines.


Please note that the deadline for attendees to request a registration refund is October 24, 2018. For program participants, the deadline to request a refund is August 1, 2018. Sorry, but we are not able to make exceptions to these deadlines for any reason.
