Book Exhibit

We invite presses, organizations, and vendors with an interest in Middle East studies to exhibit in MESA’s book exhibit, be a conference sponsor, reserve advertising space in the printed program, and be a part of the cooperative book display. Full details are included on the attached form

 

The exhibit area is ideally located in the midst of the conference activity in the Potomac Ballroom. It provides optimal exposure for increased traffic for attendees to visit your booth. The entrance is located opposite MESA registration on the ballroom level of the hotel. Our premium booths are 10′x10′. We also have budget booths which are 6′x8′. The costs and discounts for multiple booths are included on the reservation form.

 

Single: $1,300 Premium or $1,000 Budget

Double: $2,200 Premium or $1,700 Budget

Triple: $3,100
