Study intensive Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, or Turkish language this summer! The Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Language Institute (MEDLI) at the University of Wisconsin - Madison allows students to earn 8 academic credits in just 8 weeks of summer study. Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels offered for Arabic, Persian, and Turkish. Hebrew is offered at the Beginning level only. MEDLI is open to currently enrolled undergraduates and graduates, non-traditional students, and professionals. For beginning levels, no prior language background is required for participation!
MEDLI will run from June 17th through August 9th, 2024, and classes will meet Monday-Friday from 8:30am-1:00pm Central Time. MEDLI is currently accepting applications. Visit our website to learn more and apply!
