Part-Time Lecturer in Modern Arabic Literature

The Department of International Literary and Cultural Studies at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach in the Fall semester of 2026. Responsibilities consist of teaching one course, Modern Arabic Literature, which will meet Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30–11:45 AM.

Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English; demonstrated excellence in teaching in the U.S.; Ph.D. in Arabic literature or a closely related field (ABD considered).
