Thanks to the generosity of our members who have contributed to the MESA child care fund to support working parents, MESA can reimburse up to $200 of eligible child care expenses incurred by registered members during the conference.

MESA does not provide or contract for on-site child care; however, registered MESA attendees can hire a local service, a friend, or a family member to care for their children during the Annual Meeting.

To be reimbursed, attendees must 1) complete, sign and return MESA’s Child Care Release Form and 2) submit receipts to MESA by December 7, 2026.
